In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order may be delayed.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your contact details with the parcel.
All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit and unfortunately can not be exchanges or refunded. Bundles are also considered as sale items and can only be returned in FULL in exchange for store credit. Items in a bundle can not be returned individually as these items do not have an individual sale price.
Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Culture Kings. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.
If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less
In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.
The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship back your exchange item free of charge.
30 DAY FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free return shipping on any shoe purchase over $100 within Australia.
Simply contact out Customer Care team via firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number to request your free return.
When returning shoes please ensure you pack them inside a parcel box & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.
We are able to either exchange the size or colour of any FULL PRICE item, where stock is available, or issue an online credit for the returned item. Culture Kings will cover the postage costs for shoes exchanged under the 30 DAY FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
IN STORE RETURNS
You can return your items at your nearest Culture Kings store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases.
Customers will need to provide online tax invoice as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc).
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Care team via email@example.com. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK
