  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to 2 business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
  • To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Experience and/or Security teams.

International Shipping

  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.

  • This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

  • For NZ customers and NZ deliveries:

    • We will collect New Zealand GST on your purchase, however customs may still charge you import duties, levies and fees.

    • Please consider shopping on our local NZ website (https://www.culturekings.co.nz/). We generally offer better shipping options on deliveries into NZ. 

  • Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

  • All orders are shipped from our dispatch center via Australia Post.

    Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your countries courier website directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Online Return information

You can return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. If applicable, please include all original packaging (e.g. shoe box or jewelry box) with tags or labels still attached.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks, intimate apparel, and earrings can not be returned.

  • Returns are accepted within a 30-day window.   
  • Return labels cost $8.95 and are automatically generated when you submit your online return. 
  • Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please ensure all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, and casing. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet these requirements.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoeboxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are returned in resellable condition and protected during transit. If a shoebox is damaged or taped up, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
  • If you received free NFS promotional products with your order and wish to return items for a refund, the free products must also be returned.
ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Change of Mind – Not in Love

 

You can return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days if you change your mind, provided that your item meets the required terms and conditions.

 

Important Information:

  • Melbourne DFO and Brisbane DFO stores will not accept returns for online or flagship store purchases.
  • Online refunds can only be processed if the customer returns the item by following our online return steps for return shipments.

 

To initiate your return, please ensure you provide:

  • Returned goods (online or in-store) with all original tags attached.
  • Payment details (refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase).

*Goods that have been worn or display any foreign odors will not be accepted for change of mind.  You must return all goods with original packaging.

 

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Face Mask;
  • Swimwear;
  • Underwear;
  • Gift Cards;
  • Final Sale Items; 
  • Earrings 

*For returns due to change of mind, you must cover the postage costs OR return instore for a store credit or exchange ONLY.

 

When returning goods please ensure;

  • All items are securely packaged and arrive in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, and casing.
  • Shoes and hats must be sent back in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please do not tape or mark the original shoebox.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of return. This excludes returns under the FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES and exchanges policy.

    Please note: Exchange requests are not held. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the item being returned.

IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
  • You can return your items at your nearest Culture Kings store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases
  • Customers will need to provide an online order confirmation email as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc)
FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • We offer free return shipping on any full price shoe purchase over $100 within Australia!
  • Shoes must only be returned for an exchange or store credit - if a refund is requested the customer is liable for the shipping costs and a postage returns slip cannot be issued. Please note, this is for Online purchases only. Request your free return label HERE

    Conditions:
  • Please ensure the shoe box is shipped back in a satchel or box. Do not tape or attach anything to the outside of the shoe box. Should the shoe box be marked/taped there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
  • Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item
  • We can exchange the size or colour of any FULL PRICE item where stock is available, or issue an online credit for the returned item

Include your order number along with any relevant photos and information regarding the issue to help us resolve it promptly.

Once we have investigated your concern, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
 

 *We will provide a free return label for all faulty or incorrectly received items, however, you need to ensure you contact and report the discrepancy before you process a return.
 

If you have purchased an item from Culture Kings that is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you may return it for inspection. Upon review, you may request one of the following options:

  • Full Refund
  • Replacement 
  • Store Credit

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK
  • If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift
  • I ordered a bundle, can I return part of it? You are only required to send back the item you would like to return if it was a part of a bundle!
