What is required to get your first refund?
To receive your first instant refund, you must create a Refundid account. This can be done by following the prompts starting from the sign-up tab found HERE. Once you have created your account you can lodge a return through your personalised dashboard found here. When lodging a refund you will need to input your order and tracking number, select the items you wish to return and your refund will appear in your account instantly. Note: For security reasons, refunds can only be processed if the email addresses used when making a purchase matches your email address registered with Refundid. If this is a problem, please contact us.
Does it cost anything to use Refundid?
No. Refundid is 100% free to use for all customers, as long as you follow the rules!* That means no interest, no transaction fees and your full refund instantly. *Refundid's Terms & Conditions require you to follow the Culture Kings return policy HERE to avoid being charged any misconduct fees (Charges). This includes providing Refundid with a valid shipping tracking number within 3 business days of receiving your instant refund.
What about purchases made with Afterpay or Zip Pay?
When an item is purchased with Afterpay (or any BNPL service) you are still eligible to receive a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process. The refund will not settle your BNPL debt and you will be required to pay the remaining instalments to your BNPL provider. For example: 1. Jordan buys a $100 t-shirt and pays his first $25 instalment to Afterpay. 2. He decides the t-shirt is too small and lodges a refund from Refundid. 3. After entering his order and tracking number he is paid the full $100 from Refundid. 4. Jordan must pay Afterpay the remaining $75 at the specified payment dates.
