Will the shipment of my order be affected by the coronavirus?
We are currently still shipping ALL orders (international included) from our warehouse in Australia. If this changes, we will make it public knowledge immediately. Will Culture Kings’ stores close due to the coronavirus?
Our stores are operating as per normal, however we are taking extra care to ensure hygiene procedures are strictly enforced. Staff have been advised to be mindful of physical contact with customers, such as handing over a product or shaking hands. Do we still have to line up for special in-store releases, like Jordans?
Yes, special release rules and procedures still apply. We ask that you be mindful of other customers who are also lining up on the day or who are shopping inside the store. Feel free to ask our staff for hand sanitiser during your visit! Can I still send my items back to return?
Yes, you sure can! Our returns team are taking extra measures to ensure the products are handled in a hygienic manner. You’re also welcome to return items to your local Culture Kings store with proof of purchase for an exchange of item (please note stores cannot refund for goods purchased online).
