Australian soccer legend Tim Cahill has announced his retirement from international football. After his fourth World Cup at age 38, Cahill announced his decision via Twitter.
The Australian striker was the first from the country to play at four consecutive World Cups when he came off the bench during the Peru game. With 50 goals from 107 appearances, Cahill is Australia's leading goalscorer.
We wish Cahill all the best in his future endeavours!
