Playboi Carti Drops 'Die Lit' And It's, Well, Lit

21-year-old American rapper and model Playboi Carti dropped a surprise album on May 11 titled 'Die Lit'. This is Carti's debut studio album and is the follow-up to his mixtape from last year. 'Die Lit' features Nicki Minaj, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Skpeta, Bryson Tiller, Chief Keef and more. The album is a 19-track project that is an embodiment of Playboi Carti's unique rap style. 

The album has already received extreme critical acclaim and is projected to move 65,000 copies in its first week including online streams. At this stage, 'Die Lit' is expected to hit number three on the charts behind Post Malone and P!nk. 

These projects are helping to solidify Playboi Carti's position as one of the most promising up and coming rappers.
