The future of footwear has made its way to Australia and is set to drop at Culture Kings.
The streetwear powerhouse will be one of only two retailers in the country to release the super hyped, new Nike Adapt BB basketball shoe at their Melbourne store on Hosier Lane.
Dropping at 10am AEST this Friday in line with the global launch, sneaker buffs will have their chance to cop one of the most critically acclaimed sneakers on the market.
Nike Adapt’s have earned this title with a custom fit unparalleled and enhanced by an advanced power-lacing system and an app with continually updated firmware.
This sneaker literally comes to life when you step into it - it senses you, lights up and adjusts to the shape of your foot.
Electric adaptable reaction lacing is the technology that makes self-lacing shoes possible by electronically adjusting the lacing, pressure and fit of the shoe to the contours of your foot.
A small engine inside the midsole pulls the laces to tighten the Flyknit and quad-axial mesh upper.
Paired with the Nike Adapt app, you can make adjustments to the fit, select presets, check battery levels and even change your light settings all from the palm of your hand.
Culture Kings are owning this release with their #noresellers approach allowing consumers a fair chance to cop the Nike Adapt BB. This means customers can only purchase one pair each, in their size and have to walk the kicks out of the store.
Culture Kings Melbourne will be releasing the Nike Adapt BB’s from open at 10am AEST this Friday, 31 May.
