Bass House King Jauz Appearing In-Store With New Pink+Dolphin Merch Drop!
Worldwide EDM artist and all-round bass king Jauz will be dropping in for a meet and greet at both our Culture Kings Pacific Fair and Culture Kings Perth locations, celebrating the launch of his recent merch collaboration with internationally recognised streetwear individualists Pink+Dolphin. Jauz is returning to Australian shores for a run of festival and concert shows, bringing back the reverberating bass house we’ve come to know and love.
The recent merchandise collaboration with Pink+Dolphin sees two highly limited-edition tees being sold exclusively through Culture Kings. Pink+Dolphin are specialists at producing creative apparel with incredibly limited one-time releases all but steeped in exclusivity, making this collab one to wait up for.
The design features two distinct colourways titled PINK+DOLPHIN X JAUZ and STICKY ICKY, each with featured imagery on the front and back. On the black tee, a blursed negative-coloured Mario with a shark-sized chunk missing is visible on the front, with the bitten off piece doubling as record label 'Bite This'' artwork on the back beneath a classic plus/health symbol. The dark pink design features traditional Jauz branding with the Pink+Dolphin logo on the back, and a transient colour dolphin on the front.
For those not up to speed on Jauz, at the young age of 25 the artist has managed to solidify himself within the dubstep, chill trap, bass and bass house scenes with flawless ease. Initially, Jauz performed under the stage name Escape Dubstep before branching out into a wider range of genres, capitalising on his flair for hard hitting remixes of popular songs and quickly catching the eye of producer and EDM legend Diplo. Soon after, Diplo signed Jauz to his iconic record label ‘Mad Decent’ at the remarkable age of 20, where Jauz began releasing head-turning tracks including the wave-making ‘Feel The Volume’, dominating the festival scene across the planet.
Collaborating with huge names like Skrillex and Diplo, Jauz was rapidly becoming a go-to name for electronic fans around the world. This meteoric rise led to Jauz formulating his own label titled ‘Bite This’ back in 2017, where he has since released a collaborative album titled ‘The Wise and The Wicked’,
Get in amongst the action toward the close of this year, ensuring you cop a limited-edition tee sure to sell out. Jauz will be stopping by at Culture Kings Pacific Fair on the 28th and Culture Kings Perth on the 2nd.
