Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST



Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.



In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.



In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order could be delayed 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS



Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.



This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.



RETURNS



You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 30 days of the purchase date.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your contact details with the parcel.



All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.



Sale items can only be returned for store credit and unfortunately can not be exchanged or refunded. Bundles are also considered as sale items and can only be returned in FULL in exchange for store credit. Items in a bundle can not be returned individually as these items do not have an individual sale price.



Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Culture Kings. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.



30 DAY FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES



We offer free return shipping, in exchange for store credit, on any shoe purchase over $100 within Australia.

 

Simply contact out Customer Care team via orders@culturekings.com.au with your name and order number to request your free return.

 

When returning shoes please ensure you pack the shoe box inside another box, and DO NOT attach anything to the outside of the original shoe box. Should the shoe box be marked or arrive in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return. Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.

 

We are able to exchange the size or colour of any FULL PRICE item, where stock is available. Online credit can only be issued for sale items returned. Culture Kings will cover the postage costs for shoes exchanged under the 30 DAY FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.



IN STORE RETURNS



You can return your items at your nearest Culture Kings store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases.



Customers will need to provide online tax invoice as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc).



FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS



In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Care team via orders@culturekings.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.



Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.



SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK



Sale items can only be returned for store credit and unfortunately can not be exchanged or refunded. Bundles are also considered as sale items and can only be returned in FULL in exchange for store credit. Items in a bundle can not be returned individually as these items do not have an individual sale price.
