CULTURE KINGS ONLINE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday* from 7am - 3:30pm AEST (Brisbane Time). Australia Post Express Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same business day. Orders that miss this cut off will be processed the next Business Day. ie, Order after 12pm Friday, your order will be processed Monday*.
- In some cases once your order has been processed we may need to contact you before it can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay with your shipping please respond to any phone or email requests ASAP.
- You will receive tracking advice via email once your order has been dispatched

- Shipping to New Zealand costs $17.95 AUD for all orders.

- Australian orders can take 1-10 working days from the date of payment to be received. We have different shipping options that you can choose from when you're in the checkout so you can decide how quickly you want your goods!

You can return any full priced items in their original condition within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- In the rare case this happens If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you.
- We will NOT charge your a restocking, or processing fee to re-handle your order.
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
- Product purchased on promotion may not be exchanged or returned. Promotional product is priced accordingly due to being last in size or at the end of their run.
Change of style or Size
We are able to either Exchange the Size/Colour of the item (where stock is available) or Issue an Online Credit for the returned item.
Circle on your invoice the item you are returning. Detail in a note on the invoice what you would like done. Ensure you have Securely packed the item and invoice and ship the package to;

Ensure you retain the receipt for the return shipping as this will be needed in the event the package does not make it back to Culture Kings. Shoes BoxesWhen returning shoes please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the case of faulty or incorrect items you will need to coordinate this through our Customer Service Team. To allow us to investigate the error email email@example.com a photo of the invoice (that would’ve arrived with your order) as well as an image of the faulty or incorrect items. Once this has been investigated you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
TAKE ONLINE RETURNS TO YOUR NEAREST STORE
- Product purchased during a promotion, or any other promotional product may not be exchanged or returned. Promotional product is priced accordingly due to being last in size or at the end of their run.
- You can choose to exchange items or get a store credit (to be used in any Culture Kings store).
- Customers must provide the online order tax invoice as proof of purchase.
- All goods must be in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, our store staff cannot process your return.
- Please note: while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
CULTURE KINGS REFUND POLICY
- We are more then happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items. - You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to Culture Kings Online only (our stores can not process refunds for online purchases).
- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
- We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
- You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
- We do not refund products if you change your mind.When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed.
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.
