CULTURE KINGS CHRISTMAS GIFT EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • Any items purchased as a Christmas gift from December 1st until December 25 can be exchanged 30 days from Christmas Day. We will exchange all Christmas gifts up to January 24th, 2014.
  • Gifts can easily be exchanged using the gift receipt or regular tax receipt if the gift is not the right size, colourway or style.
  • All exchanged goods must be in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.

CULTURE KINGS SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

  • We process orders Monday to Friday from 8am - 4.30pm Queensland time. 
  • Culture Kings express ships ALL orders from our warehouse each weekday at 2pm and 4.30pm.
  • You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post or DHL once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
  • Our EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS

 

  • Please note all prices on this website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping within Australia is FREE for orders over $100 and $7.95 for orders under $100.
  • Shipping to New Zealand costs $14.95 for all orders.
  • All other International shipping costs $24.95. Please see INTERNATIONAL ORDERS information below for info on additional costs that may apply in your country.

 

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES 

EXPRESS DELIVERY DELAYS OVER CHRISTMAS. Between December 1st to 20th our online store and shipping services like Australia Post experience a heavy increase in orders. We’ll try our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, however, it may take an additional 1-2 days handling time even if you’ve selected express delivery at check out. Rest assured that your parcel will reach you within the estimated delivery times listed below plus 1-2 days. All orders placed before 2pm QLD time on December 20th will reach Australian customers in time for Christmas.

CULTURE KINGS REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days.
  • We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
  • We will exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size/fit so long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. You’ll need to send us a self-addressed reply paid envelope/slip and your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
  • Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including Culture Kings Custom Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • We do not refund or exchange products if you change your mind.

CULTURE KINGS RETURNS POLICY

 

  • You can return your purchase within 30 days.
  • Customers must cover postage costs to return items.
  • All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
  • If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery.
  • Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.

REQUESTING A STORE CREDIT OR ASSESSMENT FOR REFUND

 

When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: orders@culturekings.com.au with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA) 

 

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

 

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.

 

1 Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia Post and DHL. Factors outside of Culture Kings control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.
