CULTURE KINGS ONLINE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Once your order has been placed online, we will process and ship it within 24 hours.
- We process online orders Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm Queensland time.
- You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post, Fastway or DHL once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
- Our EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.

- Please note all prices on this website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping within Australia costs from $6.98* for all orders.
- Shipping to New Zealand costs $17.95 AUD for all orders.
- All other International shipping costs $34.95. Please see INTERNATIONAL ORDERS information below for info on additional costs that may apply in your country.
*Prices vary depending on size, weight and delivery address of orders. Shipping is automatically calculated in Step 3. during our online checkout process.

CULTURE KINGS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- You can return your online purchase within 30 days.
- You can return items in person to any Culture Kings store or post it back to CK online.
- We will exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size/fit so long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
MAIL ONLINE RETURNS TO CK ONLINE
- Customers must pay postage to return items to CK Online.
- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery.
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
TAKE ONLINE RETURNS TO YOUR NEAREST STORE
- You can choose to exchange items or get a store credit (to be used in any Culture Kings store).
- Customers must provide the online order tax invoice as proof of purchase.
- All goods must be in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, our store staff cannot process your return.
- Please note: while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
CULTURE KINGS REFUND POLICY
- We are more then happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items.
- You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to Culture Kings Online only (our stores can not process refunds for online purchases).
- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
- We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
- You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
- Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including Culture Kings Custom Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not refund products if you change your mind.
When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed.
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.
