CULTURE KINGS SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Culture Kings Express Post ALL orders after processing which is done Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Orders are dispatched multiple times each week-day (2pm and 4:30pm pick ups). You will recieve tracking advice from Australia Post or DHL AFTER we have processed your Online order, not upon ordering (and only if you provided us with your email), processing of your order may take between 10mins to 8 hours depending on when your order was placed.
If you are experiencing problems with your online order or need to get in contact with us, we are available on phone and live chat Weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm.

CULTURE KINGS ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY
- Sales Items and Broken sizes sold at a discounted price via 'The Rack', 'Winter Clear Out' or any other non full price promotion are NON REFUNDABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE.
- Please note we do not refund or exchange based on a 'change of taste'.
- We will exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size/fit. Please contact us to confirm the size you need is in stock before you return your item. If the size is not in stock we will give you an online store credit.
- Goods returned for size/fit exchange will be at the expense of the customer. The returned package must be accompanied by the original invoice. If this is not included we will HOLD YOUR ORDER till arrangements by you are made.
- We will refund in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided it is NOT due to wear and tear, and is due to a manufacturing fault. This will be assesed and determined upon the return of the item. Goods must be returned in original packaging.
RETURNING GOODS
- If you believe the goods are faulty please include a receipt for postage in your parcel and the postage will be refunded if they are in fact determined faulty.
- All goods must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. All Tags, stickers shoe box etc. If not the goods will be sent back at the customers expense.
- The product can only be returned within a 30 day period
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsiblity for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery process
- In the event that the size you are requesting is not available, or sells out before we process your exchange, we will issue you with an online store credit to be used with your next purchase.
REQUESTING A STORE CREDIT OR ASSESSMENT FOR REFUND
When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: orders@culturekings.com.au with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no information will be processed until you contact us with details about your request.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a cetain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Culture Kings will not mark your package as a “Sample” or as a “gift“ to avoid these taxes. They’ll catch us and you. So the best bet is to be honest.
1 Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia Post and DHL. Factors outside of Culture Kings control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.
