Here are Culture Kings we want you to be totally satisfied with the products you have purchased. If you are not 100% pleased with the items you have received please contact us using the 'contact' page found in the footer.

Exchanging your item through Culture Kings online store

Should you change your mind, or the wrong size has been purchased we will happily exchange providing the following conditions are met.
  1. The items with the tax receipt are returned with 14 days of your online purchase.
  2. Goods must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached
  3. Items must not be worn or damaged

To return merchandise to our Online store simply securely pack the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back (at your cost) to the following address.

We advise that when sending your return parcel back to us that you use a postal tracking service to ensure the safe delivery to us.

Exchanging your item through a Culture Kings retail store

You can exchange your online order to any Culture Kings retail store. This option is easier for you as you will not have to pay for postage back to us and then again re-delivery charges.
For an exchange within the retail store take your receipt and goods into store to see one of our helpful staff. They will validate your exchange and then you are able to exchange for any item you wish. It may be of the same value, if you choose a lesser item you will receive the difference in a credit note. If you choose something that exceeds the price you paid online you will just be required to pay the difference.

Faulty items

If an item purchased is faulty, and not due to wear and tear - meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected or has a manufacturing fault, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days.

The item will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item.
