Where is my order?We update you via email when your order has been shipped. Depending on your location and shipping method chosen you can find your tracking number by logging into your account. If you used the express checkout option, we are more than willing to help you track down your order.
How do I return an item?We are more than happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items, you will just need to send them back to us first. Please make sure all tags are attached to the items, and include your invoice with a note alongside stating which item you are wanting to exchange for. If we don't have it available an online gift card will be sent to your email address.
How long will my order take to get to me?Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped if your delivery address is in an Australia Post Express Zone (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) you should expect to see your order the Following Business Day. For WA or Areas outside the Express Zone you should expect your order within 2-3 Business Days from when it is shipped.
For New Zealand Customers once your order has been shipped If you are from the North island you should see your order within 2-3 Business Days or South Island 2-5 Business Days once it has been shipped.
All International Customers within 1-3 weeks.
